Start with a person. Follow the connection.
The demo contains four fictional people, three companies, and four deals. Each person belongs to a company. Each deal connects to a company and a primary person. The record pages make those relationships visible in both directions.
No information is enriched from an external source. Names, roles, companies, locations, and example email addresses are original fictional data. The reserved .example domains are displayed as text, not contact links.
Keep a useful slice of the data.
People filters combine a text query, relationship state, and company. Company filters combine a text query and industry. The controls use ordinary case-insensitive matching, not inferred scoring or semantic analysis.
Name the current filter combination and save it. A saved view belongs to its people or company list. Selecting it restores the filter values. Changing a filter marks the current view as unsaved; saving the same name updates that view rather than making a duplicate.
Give context a clear home.
Each person and company record has its own local note history. Notes are rendered as plain text and saved with a timestamp. A note does not send an email, create a reminder, or notify another person.
Use the notes to record a question or a decision in the demonstration. They remain associated with the record when you navigate away and return, provided browser storage is available.
Make a change you can see.
The pipeline has New, Discovery, Proposal, and Won stages. Open Edit deal to change the stage and fictional value. The editor accepts values from zero to one million GBP in increments of one hundred.
Saving moves the card to the selected stage and updates the stage and overall totals. The linked company and person pages use those same edited values. All amounts are invented demo data, not forecasts, real revenue, or commercial agreements.
Cancel or Escape closes the editor without changing the deal. There is no drag-only interaction: the form works with keyboard, mouse, or touch.
Take the data in a readable form.
Export shown CSV includes the records currently visible under the list or owner filters. People and company CSV files include the latest local note. Workspace JSON includes all fictional source records, edited deals, local notes, and saved views.
CSV values are quoted, embedded quotes are doubled, and text that begins with spreadsheet formula markers is prefixed as text. This helps prevent a note from becoming a formula when the CSV is opened in a spreadsheet. The preview shows the exact exported content.
Copy or download from the export dialog. Clipboard failures leave the text available for manual copying and the download link remains usable. Preparing a file does not upload it anywhere.
A deliberate local boundary.
All edits are kept in this browser’s local storage when available. There is no account sign-in, inbox connection, external CRM, enrichment service, or message sending. If storage is blocked, the page reports the limitation and keeps current in-memory changes available for export.
Circa is an original product concept. It demonstrates relationships and local record management without claiming automated outreach, artificial intelligence analysis, or real business results.
