An independent swim and coastal culture journal concept. Open Water celebrates the feeling of being outside rather than competitive performance. The visual system had to hold personal stories, practical information, and a changing landscape in the same editorial world.
A flowing line creates a quiet sense of continuity. Deep blue and chalk white anchor the identity, while oversized type makes headlines feel almost physical. The direction moves comfortably between magazine covers, environmental posters, and a simple digital reading experience.
Original concept study. No commissioned client or commercial outcome implied.

&?!→A CONSISTENT IDEA. MANY DIFFERENT FORMS.
More than a mark.
A way of showing up.
The strongest identities hold together without making every application identical. This system uses a small set of recognisable ingredients, then lets scale, context, and material change the composition.
Each application answers a different question: how to catch attention at a distance, how to reward a closer look, and how to make an everyday interaction feel considered. The work is complete enough to describe a direction and open enough to keep evolving.
