BEFORE YOU FILL THE BAGA few useful
A few useful
little details.
Are these real products I can order?
No. Pollen is an original bakery concept. The menu, prices, images, and pickup windows are illustrative. This site prepares local drafts only.
How do boxes count in the basket?
A box is one selected pack. Quantity two of a four-bun box means eight buns, and the total uses the box price twice.
Can I rely on the recipe notes for dietary needs?
The notes describe fictional recipe directions, not verified ingredient or allergen information for real food. No health or dietary suitability claims are made.
What happens after I prepare a pickup draft?
You can read and download the current selection, subtotal, and sample pickup window. Nothing is sent to a bakery and no stock is held.
