THE WHOLE TEAM, IN VIEW

Before you say yes,
see what fits.

A project can look small in a conversation and big on a calendar. Roster puts the hours, the people, and the available time in the same place.

Three questions.
One clear picture.

CATCH THE SQUEEZE EARLY

A full week
shouldn't mean
an impossible day.

Daily overbooking stays visible even when weekly totals look fine. Time off and part-time schedules are part of the calculation.

A practical planning loop,
without the spreadsheet archaeology.

  1. 01

    Start with the team.

Working patterns define the hours you have. A shorter Friday is a shorter Friday.

  2. 02

    Give the work a place.

Add project hours to a person and day. Keep a useful note beside the allocation.

  3. 03

    Keep the plan honest.

Spot overloaded days, adjust the assignment, and see project totals respond.

Planning,
plainly explained.

Is this a meeting scheduler?

No. Roster plans whole hours of project work against each person’s working-day capacity. It does not create meetings, invitations or calendar events.

How are part-time days handled?

Each sample person has a Monday–Friday working pattern. A non-working day has zero capacity. Marking time off also reduces that day to zero.

Can I change the sample plan?

Yes. Add, edit, reassign or remove allocations and mark time off. Changes persist in this browser and can be reset from the planner.

Does this connect to a real team?

No. All people and projects are fictional sample data. The planner has no account, HR system, notifications or external collaboration service.
